Moong Dosa (Green gram pancakes)


1 cup greem gram (soak in water for 5 hours, I soaked over night and blended it in the morning)

1 green chilli

Few corinder leaves

1/2 inch ginger

2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)

1 tablespoon suji (samolina)





Grind  the ingredients , moong gram, green chilli, salt, coriender, ginger with water. Now remove in a bowl and add gram flour and samolina. Mix it well, make sure no lumps. Consistency should be thick and  flowing so that you can spread it on the pan easily.

Heat the pan with little oil and spread the batter around. Let it cook for 5 mins. Flip and again cook for 30 secs to make sure its cooked properly from both sides.

Your green gram pancakes are ready! Serve it anything you like.
